I love creating visually. Bigbite Productions is a platform for multimedia work, where I can do what I love. Selectively drawing on experts from my network of collaborators, I create unique, customized solutions that are just as large or as small as my clients need them to be.
Collaborators
Bigbite is embedded within a group of gifted actors, visual artists, directors, writers and comedians. I frequently partner with the Blame Society Productions comedy team, performers from the Monkey Business Institute improv troupe, and other talent both in the Madison, Wisconsin area and across the country.
Visual Ethnography
I used to be in academia, with a Ph.D. in Sociology (UW, 2006) that focused on ethnography and education. Now I work as a visual artist and filmmaker, exploring new contexts to tease out what I hope can become compelling artistic narratives.
